Challenge:
Way, an all-in-one experiential hospitality platform, needed to reposition itself as a premium, upmarket solution while establishing a scalable marketing engine to drive enterprise leads. With no structured marketing funnel in place, the company lacked a clear path to attract, nurture, and convert high-value accounts.
Solution:
As the sole full-time creative contributor on the marketing team, I built the marketing funnel from the ground up, led a strategic brand repositioning, and launched content initiatives that established Way as a thought leader in experiential hospitality.
